Two Saudi Pro League kings, Cristiano Ronaldo and Odion Ighalo, faced off earlier today as Al Nassr took on Al-Wehda, and in the end, it was the Real Madrid legend, Ronaldo, who came out on top.
The two former Manchester United stars saw their bragging rights decided by a Ronaldo goal, as Al Nassr secured a comfortable victory over Ighalo and his Al-Wehda teammates, Footballrover reports.
Ronaldo netted a decisive second-half penalty after Angelo Gabriel had opened the scoring for Al Nassr in the first half.

This goal sealed a confident win for his side, pushing them closer to the top of the league standings and leaving Ighalo and his teammates with yet another disappointing result.
Ighalo struggles as Al-Wehda continue downward spiral
Before this clash, Al-Wehda had struggled significantly, managing only one win in their first four matches.
They kicked off their season with a promising 2-1 victory against Al-Orobah FC but soon fell into a downward spiral.
This included a staggering 7-1 loss to Al-Ittihad, followed by a narrow 1-0 defeat to A-Kholood.
They did manage to salvage a 1-1 draw against Al-Faisaly, but today marked their third league defeat of the season.
Despite Al-Wehda’s overall struggles, the 35-year-old Ighalo has continued to find the back of the net, scoring twice in five appearances this season.
His contributions have come in the opening match and matchday four, displaying his persistence despite the team’s form.
Ighalo played for 68 minutes in this encounter, but his impact was limited.
He had just 15 touches, completed six successful passes, and was dispossessed twice during his time on the field.
Defensively, he managed to win one aerial duel and made a crucial clearance, but it wasn’t enough to shift the momentum in favour of Al-Wehda.
Al-Wehda’s struggles in the league standings
Following this match, Al-Wehda now sits precariously in 14th place with only four points from five games.
