The Super Eagles player has been sidelined for a few weeks because of an injury. He tore his adductor muscle, which kept him out for a while.

Leicester City fans wore forlorn looks at KingPower Stadium today as the team suffered a crushing defeat with veteran striker Jamie Vardy missing a penalty in the 66th minute of the second half.

Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi came in as a second half substitutr to replace Youri Tielemans in the 60th minute of the second half.

Fulham went four goals up in 51 minutes, with former Chelsea stars Willian and Tom Cairney, respectively, scoring a brace for Fulham’s first, fifth, third, and fourth goals.

Carlos Vinicius scored Fulham’s second goal in the 18th minute of the first half of the match.

Harvey Barnes scored a brace in the 59th and 89th minutes of the second half for Leicester City’s first and third goals of the match, while James Maddison scored the second in the 81st minute of the second half.

With the 5-3 away victory, Fulham is now 10th on the English Premier League table with 48 points after 35 matches, while Leicester City is 16th with 30 points after 35 matches.
