The Mikel Artetaβs Gunners delivered their biggest win of the season to end a challenging week in style.
The Gunners took the lead in the fifth minute when Gabriel Martinelli headed in a cross from Bukayo Saka, but they were unable to increase their lead in the second half.
After the first half, Reiss Nelson quickly found back of the net twice in two minutes before setting up Thomas Partey for an incredible fourth goal, which completely turned the game around.
To cap off an impressive victory and secure all three points for the hosts, Martin Odegaard added the icing.

But then, below are the four things we discovered following Arsenal’s five-star performance against Nottingham Forest.
-
Arsenal have won a Premier League home match by 5+ goals for the 19th time and each of the previous 18 times came under Arsene Wenger.
-
There were two years and 107 days between Reiss Nelson’s first and second goals in the Premier League, and just three minutes and one second between his second and third goals. Typical.
-
With his two assists yesterday, Gabriel Jesus has now assisted 13 goals in the Premier League since the start of last season, the third-most of any player after Kevin De Bruyne (17) and Mohamed Salah (16).
-
Reiss Nelson has been directly involved in the same amount of Premier League goals in the space of eight minutes vs. Nottingham Forest as Jadon Sancho has in 10 Premier League appearances this season (3).
Next Thursday at home in the Europa League, Arsenal will play FC Zurich, while Forest’s next Premier League match is against Brentford.
