According to reports emanating from France, Manchester United are keenly interested in signing Allan Saint-Maximin from their Premier League counterparts – Newcastle United.
When in top form, the pacy Frenchman has without a doubt one of the best dribbles in all of Europe.
His end product occasionally falls short of expectations, or he chooses to try and dribble his way out of difficulties rather than lifting his head and delivering the ball to a teammate, despite having the pace and cleverness to win matches.
With two assists from the first three Premier League games, the 25-year-old has had an excellent start to the season for his Newcastle team.
Both of those assists were provided in Sunday’s thrilling 3-3 draw with Manchester City, where the Eddie Howe’s Magpies number ten tormented Kyle Walker.

The French forward is reportedly on Manchester United’s wishlist, but seems Erik ten Hag is eager to dive into the Eredivisie once more to recruit highly desired youngsters – Cody Gakpo and Antony instead.
It’s difficult to imagine the former Nice player being selected ahead of players like Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Anthony Elanga, and Anthony Martial in Ten Hag’s team after their respective contributions to last night’s 2-1 victory against arch rivals Liverpool.
The Frenchman currently has just 12 goals and 18 assists from 96 games for the Toon Army. He has never been known for his consistent goal-scoring ability though.

The Premier League richest club would probably want to make a significant amount of profit on a player they signed for £16.5 million since he still has four years left on his contract at St. James’ Park.
Meanwhile, a lot of Manchester United supporters fervently maintain that their team currently has better options in the transfer market than Newcastle attacker – Allan Saint-Maximin.
