Paul Onuachu is gaining widespread recognition in the Turkish Super Lig, marking his impact recent thrilling away match, netting yet another goal in his third consecutive game for Trabzonspor.

Since joining on loan this summer, the Super Eagles sensation has been so important for his team, recently netting the equaliser in Trabzonspor’s intense six-goal face-off against Sivasspor.

Following a double-scoring spree against Konyaspor in the Super Lig, the towering striker found the net once more in their latest encounter, Footballrover reports

During the 13th round clash at BG Group 4 Eylül Stadyumu, Onuachu demonstrated his scoring prowess for the third successive game with Trabzonspor.

Here’s how the game unfolded for Paul Onuachu and his teammates:

Early dominance by the home team saw Samuel Saiz and Rey Manaj secure a 2-0 lead within the first 20 minutes.

However, former Gunners forward Nicolas Pepe narrowed the gap skillfully, curling the ball into the left side of the net.

Just before halftime, Onuachu capitalised on an assist from Trezeguet, swiftly levelling the score by firing into the bottom left corner.

The intense match continued into the second half, with Manaj regaining the lead for the home side.

Yet Trezeguet, who replaced Rayyan Baniya, salvaged a point for the visitors, netting a shot past Ali Sasal Vural.

The 29-year-old forward’s contribution now stands at nine goals for Trabzonspor, boasting seven goals and one assist in nine appearances.

The upcoming challenge for the Black Sea Storm is hosting Kayserispor at Papara Park, where Onuachu aims to bolster their performance by adding more goals and aiding the team’s recovery after the draw.

Their major goal now is to narrow the gap with Fenerbahce SK, which is currently leading the table with 34 points.
