Super Eagles defender, Zaidu Sanusi, scored against his former club, CD Santa Clara, to help FC Porto win at home on Monday night.
In a 3-0 victory over his former team, CD Santa Clara, in a Portuguese Primeira Liga match, Zaidu Sanusi scored the game’s last goal to wrap up the win for FC Porto.
Fábio Vieira scored two goals in the first half, in 38 and 41 minutes, to put the home team ahead twice before the Nigerian defender put the game out of reach.

The 24-year-old was in the right spot at the right time to score a simple tap-in after the goalie flicked the ball back towards him, and he made no mistake in directing it inside the post.
Sanusi’s goal is his second in the league this season, as Porto continues to dominate the League Table.
Recall that the left back sat on the bench for the entire 90 minutes of the Super Eagles’ disheartening World Cup Qualifying playoffs tie against Ghana last month.
He will, however, be hoping to maintain his current form in order to help Sérgio Conceiço side clinch the Primeira Liga title, as they currently lead the standings by six points.
