The strength of Palace’s approach completely blew the Gunners away.
The Mikel Arteta team was not allowed to get into a rhythm, which damaged their composure, as the Eagles took advantage of their nervousness to win tonight.
After the memorable victory over the club with whom he won three Premier League titles during an outstanding stint with Arsenal, Patrick Vieira will undoubtedly be ecstatic.
Palace have been in terrific form recently and after humiliating his ex-club, the former Arsenal captain will now be hoping to lead his side to greater heights.
