Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz played a crucial role as they both produced goals and assist to inspire Chelsea to an important win against West Ham on Saturday.
The huge victory at Stamford Bridge was secured by Kai Havertz, who came on as a substitute, though Ben Chilwell played the major role as the Blues overcame London rivals West Ham 2-1.
After a terrible first half in which the Blues only manage to grab one shot on target, Thomas Tuchel’s team was openly mocked as they left the field.
Before Antonio scored just 17 minutes into the second half of the game after a goalmouth scramble in Chelsea box.
With 15 minutes left, Ben Chilwell produced a magical touch to tie the game, before Havertz was spotted at the right time inside the box and he converts the full-back’s cross to give the Blues the late lead.

Maxwel Cornet still had time to have a great strike for West Ham but the goal was later disallowed after VAR spotted a challenge on Mendy in the buildup.
In the end Chelsea hung on to recover from Tuesday’s defeat to Southampton as the win sees them move to fifth spot on the table with 10 points while West Ham are deep rooted in relegation spot with just four points.
Shortly after the game, the man-of-the-match – Ben Chilwell, the match winner – Kai Havertz and Mason Mount all took to their various social media accounts to express their joy over the win.
