Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen has finally opened his goal account for Galatasaray after officially joining the Turkish Super Lig side on a permanent deal from Serie A giants Napoli.

The Nigerian striker missed the opening fixture of the season and also drew blank in his second game, Footballrover reports.

However, he made his mark at the third attempt, sealing a comfortable 4-0 victory for his team at the RHG Enerturk Enerji Stadium.

The visitors made light work of their hosts on Sunday evening, cruising to a dominant win in their round three encounter.

The breakthrough came in the 36th minute when Evren Eren Elmali struck cleanly to give the visitors the lead.

Just after the restart, Elmali doubled the advantage—finishing off a well-constructed move created by Leroy Sané.

Osimhen Joins the Party with Late Strike

The home team attempted to fight back but Gala’s pace and precision proved too much to handle.

In the 86th minute, Osimhen finally announced himself, tucking home after a clever setup from Nicolo Zaniolo.

Deep into stoppage time, Sané capped a brilliant individual display by adding his name to the scoresheet, thanks to an assist from Berkan Kutlu.

It was a performance full of cutting edge and control—exactly the kind of statement Galatasaray wanted to make.

Four goals, three different scorers, and a clean sheet summed up a near-perfect night for the Istanbul giants, with Osimhen’s first goal standing out as the highlight moment.
