Rovers FC star Usenidara Imah has expressed confidence in his team ahead of their clash against Dakkada FC in the Nigeria National League (NNL), claiming that they will secure yet another league victory in Uyo this weekend.
The Akwa Ibom-born forward, who made his first appearance for Rovers FC against Smart City FC on matchday three, and his teammates will be hosted by the former NPFL side at the Uyo Township Stadium, Footballrover reports
Their last outing in the NNL saw the Pride of Cross River pick up an important three points from Smart City FC of Lagos after a close encounter that saw Omolabi Owolabi score the only goal of the game from the penalty spot to hand his side all three points.
Having won two games so far out of three, the Samson Unuanel side will be hoping to replicate the same performances and even more when they face the Lone Stars on Saturday in what promises to be another exciting NNL clash.
“Out of three of our matches that we have played so far, we’ve won two, lost one away game against 1472 FC, and we didn’t just lose; we played a very good game, and I’m confident we are going to get the maximum three points away at Uyo against Dakkada FC this weekend,” Usenidara Imah told Footballrover.

It’s Derby Day, and the Calabar-based team will be coming into this game with huge confidence in their solid goalkeeper, Clinton Ezekiel.
The 17-year-old shot-stopper has kept two clean sheets this season in the NNL and will be aiming to thwart their hosts’ attacks in this crucial fixture.
