The 21-year-old forward added that you can never tell; perhaps she could get something out of him, and he might boost her morale to achieve things like forming a better team, but then she wants to ensure that it is understood that Ronaldinho is not her father.
Minnies went on to reveal that her biological father, rather than taking offence, found humour in the comparisons.
“My father was like, ‘No, that is my child! How can they say that she’s Ronaldinho’s child?’ Some people told me, ‘Don’t take it personally and seriously because it’s just talk.'”
