Kano Pillars head coach, Abdulahi Maikaba, is brimming with confidence as his team prepares for a tough battle against the 2021/22 NPFL Champions, Rivers United, in Port Harcourt, claiming that his boys will gather a good result after the final whistle. 
Anticipating a favourable outcome, Maikaba believes his team will deliver a strong performance on the field, Footballrover reports.
The highly anticipated match, set to take place at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Saturday, will see the Sai Masu Gida squad take on the oil-rich stars in a thrilling showdown.
After a narrow defeat to the Abia Warriors in their previous fixture, coach Abdulahi Maikaba is determined to lead his team back to the path of victory, with a draw being the minimum acceptable result.
In a pre-match statement, Maikaba reiterated the team’s commitment to excellence in the Nigeria Premier Football League, emphasising their dedication to their objectives.
