Daniel Ogunmodede, the Head Coach of Remo Stars, has secured the League Bloggers Association, LBA Manager of the Month accolade for October in a competitive field that included three top coaches.
Ogunmodede stood out as the sole manager to secure an away victory in the Nigeria Premier Football League during October games, Footballrover reports
Under Ogunmodede’s guidance, Remo Stars claimed victories against Enugu Rangers, Bayelsa United, and Sporting Lagos, totaling three wins during the period.
The team exhibited a commendable performance, scoring six goals while conceding only four times, resulting in a positive goal difference of +2.
Despite a single defeat to Rivers United, Remo Stars currently holds the second position in the NPFL standings with a game at hand.
Ogunmodede triumphed over highly rated coaches such as Eugene Agagbe Ayeni of Lobi Stars, Fidelis Ilechukwu of Enugu Rangers, and Gbenga Ogunbote of the Shooting Stars to clinch this prestigious award.
Expressing his gratitude, the coach stated,

On another note, Robert-Mizo Christian of Bayelsa United earned the title of Nigeria Premier League Player of the Month for September and October, marking Mizo’s inaugural POTM award in the NPFL after a commendable season.
Additionally, the League Bloggers Award highlighted Bernard Mundi’s remarkable goal for Plateau United against Heartland of Owerri as the goal of the month for October.
This award is presented by the independent LBA, recognizing exceptional players and coaches in the NPFL.
