The Serie A match between Juventus vs Torino ended 1-1 on Friday night in Turin, with both clubs compelled to settle for a point.

Juve entered the game in 4th place in the rankings, nine points behind Milan. They are enjoying a good run of form, having won seven of their last 11 league games.

The hosts broke the deadlock just 13 minutes into the first half when De Ligt rose highest to reach a Cuadrado corner and head it past Milinkovic-Savic.

Both Mandagora and Dybala came close early in the second half in a contest with few scoring opportunities before the visitors eventually got themselves even.

Belotti scored his side’s only goal, volleying a superb Brekola assist into the back of the net.

Both teams strived to secure a winner, but neither could, and the game ended in a tie.

As a result of their loss of ground to the teams above them, Juventus remain in fourth place.

They will then fly to Empoli in order to get back on course. In the meantime, the visitors’ draw keeps them in tenth place, where they were prior to the encounter.

They’ll play Cagliari next with the hopes of climbing the table.
