Onana and Mkhitaryan have completed their transfers to Inter Milan as free agents from Ajax and Roma respectively after Lega Calcio confirmed their contracts have been registered.

Ajax shot stopper – Andre Onana, has agreed to a five-year contract with Inter Milan. The free agent from Cameroon agreed to join the Serie A champions in July 2022.

The 25-year-old will make 3 million euros a season and is expected to replace Samir Handanovic, who is getting older.

He’s a promising young goalkeeper, and Inter outbid teams like Arsenal and Barcelona for his services.

He has only played once for Ajax since his comeback from a nine-month drug suspension in December.

Over the past few years, Onana has performed for Ajax. He was crucial in helping the Dutch team advance to the 2018–19 Champions League semifinals.

But then something about drugs happened. In order to reestablish some rhythm, he wasn’t permitted to train with the team until the last month of his suspension.

Onana was chosen by Inter Milan as their long-term favourite goalkeeper to replace Handanovic, and they had simply been waiting for the opportunity to finalize the signing.

Additionally, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has officially been unveiled by Inter after signing a contract to play for them in the upcoming campaign.

The Armenian joined the Nerazzurri on a free transfer after his contract with Jose Mourinho side ended in June 30th.

Mkhitryan made the decision to sign a two-year deal to join the Simone Inzaghi midfield reinforcements rather than prolong his contract with Roma.

Although Inter have not yet officially announced their signings, but Lega Calcio has revealed on their official website that both players have joined the Nerazzurri.
