Cristiano Ronaldo Junior has signed a new deal with Manchester United, continuing in his father’s footsteps by playing for the Premier League side.
The announcement comes only days after the 11-year-old was seen working with his father during the Premier League’s recent winter break.
After deciding to extend his stay in United’s junior system, Ronaldo’s oldest kid, named after the Portuguese legend, was photographed posing with the club’s renowned No7 shirt.
In the picture, Cristiano Ronaldo Junior stood with Gabriel, another talented young player who has signed a contract with United and has over 26,000 Instagram followers as well as a Nike sponsorship deal.
This season, the Ronaldo Junior has been playing for the club’s academy and will wear the number 7 shirt, much like his father.

His son had not yet been born when the five-time Ballon d’Or winner last played for the Red Devils.
However, he now has the possibility to progress through the Manchester United ranks, despite the fact that his father has already said that he will not pressurise him to pursue a career in football.
