Hatta Sport Club, a top team in the United Arab Emirates Pro League, has bolstered their attacking options with the signing of Nigerian striker Chisom Egbuchulam.
The 31-year-old joins the club on a free transfer after completing his medical, marking his return to the Middle East after a four-year spell in China, Footballrover reports.
Chisom Egbuchulam joins the Middle East side until the end of the season. He has put pen to paper on a 6-month contract that will see him feature for the club until’ June 30, 2024.
Egbuchulam boasts a proven goalscoring record, having netted nine goals in 18 games for Sichuan Jiuniu and an impressive 32 goals in 72 appearances for Meizhou Hakka during his time in China.
Prior to that, he made his mark in the Nigerian Premier League with Enugu Rangers FC.

The experienced forward is expected to add firepower to Hatta’s attack, which currently sees the team sitting 13th in the league.
His creativity and goal-scoring prowess will be crucial as the club aims to climb the standings in the remaining months of the season.
