Nigerian duo Blessing Okpe and Emueje Ogbiagbevha spearheaded Dinamo Minsk to an astounding 11-0 demolition of Naftan on Matchday 14 of the Belarusian Vysshaya Liga Women’s season over the weekend.

The commanding performance not only showed Dinamo Minsk’s formidable attacking strength but also sealed their top spot in the league standings, making a clear statement to their rivals.

From the first whistle, Dinamo Minsk exhibited relentless attacking football at the Atlant Stadium in Novopolotsk.

The goal rush began with Alina Khoroshchak’s quick brace in the 25th and 30th minutes, swiftly followed by Anna Pilipenko’s strike in the 33rd minute.

Just moments later, Okpe, the former Rivers Angels star, announced her arrival on the scoresheet, netting her first goal of the afternoon.

Not content with just one, Okpe continued her clinical display, securing her brace just before halftime with a perfectly placed finish, marking a memorable opening of her goal account for Dinamo Minsk.

She also has an assist to her name in just four appearances.

Featuring for the entire 90 minutes, the ex-NWFL forward was a constant threat, displaying her pace and playing key role in this attacking spectacle.

Ogbiagbevha’s continued dominance and the goal avalanche

The second half brought no respite for Naftan, with Dinamo Minsk extending their lead with massive intensity.

A key figure in Dinamo’s formidable frontline, Emueje Ogbiagbevha, added to the mounting tally, expertly converting the sixth goal in the 58th minute.

Ogbiagbevha’s consistent contributions have now seen her increase her tally for the season to six goals and three assists from nine appearances.

Shortly after her goal, Emueje Ogbiagbevha was replaced by Violetta Vatsuro, who seamlessly continued the scoring spree with two goals in the 70th and 76th minutes.

More goal contributions came from Tatiana Petrusevich (60th minute), Lia Tilhomirova (68th minute), and Cameroonian forward Alvine Ngonja (85th minute), culminating in a truly dominant team effort.

This emphatic 11-0 triumph obviously shows that Dinamo Minsk are relentlessly in pursuit of the Vysshaya Liga title.

With 34 points from 12 matches, they maintain a significant six-point advantage over their closest contenders, Minsk FK.
