Nigerian stars Kazeem Aderounmu and Maxmillian Ihekuna lit up the Lithuania I Lyga with impressive performances over the weekend, each scoring in FK Atmosfera’s dramatic 2-2 home draw against Hegelmann 2.

Aderounmu struck early to set the tone, while Ihekuna came off the bench to save the day with a last-gasp equaliser, Footballrover reports.
Kazeem Aderounmu Strikes Early for FK Atmosfera
Aderounmu continued his fine form, scoring the opening goal of the match from the penalty spot in the 30th minute.
That goal, his second in two games and ninth in 16 appearances this season, gave FK Atmosfera a crucial lead going into halftime at the Mažeikių stadionas.

The 25-year-old Nigerian forward has been a consistent goal threat. He was later substituted in the 60th minute for Yutaro Funami after giving his side a strong first-half display.
Maxmillian Ihekuna Saves the Day in Dramatic Finish
The second half, however, belonged to the visitors.
Hegelmann 2 equalised through midfielder Yanis Azouazi in the 77th minute and took the lead just four minutes later, with Azouazi completing his brace.
With FK Atmosfera trailing 2-1, the coach turned to Ihekuna, who replaced Matas Kazbaras in the 71st minute.

Despite being shown a yellow card in the 87th minute, the 23-year-old Nigerian midfielder showed his fighting spirit.
Deep into added time, in the 92nd minute, Maxmillian Ihekuna found the back of the net with a calm finish—his first goal for the club—rescuing a valuable point for FK Atmosfera.
Both Kazeem and Maxmillian delivered impactful performances that earned FK Atmosfera a crucial result.
While Aderounmu continues to prove his reliability in front of the goal, Ihekuna’s clutch moment may mark a turning point in his season.
