The decision, effective from their Match Day 18 encounter against Bendel Insurance at the Samson Siasia Stadium, has sparked debate and discontent among the club’s passionate fanbase, Footballrover reports.

Tickets, priced at N1,000 for VIPs and N500 for regular stands, will be available for purchase at the stadium entrance beginning Monday, January 15th.

However, the move has not resonated well with many supporters, who have taken to the club’s social media page to express their disapproval.

Expressing concerns about the timing, Nengi Martins acknowledged supporting ticket sales but emphasised that given the club’s poor form, selling tickets now might drastically reduce home fan turnout, affecting the game’s atmosphere.
