Super Eagles forward Anayo Iwuala delivered another standout performance on Tuesday evening, firing a brilliant brace that powered Al-Arabi to a commanding 4–0 victory over Al-Jahra in the Kuwaiti Premier League.

The Nigerian forward was at his clinical best, scoring twice before halftime to lead the hosts to a confident win at the Sabah Al Salem Stadium, Footballrover reports.

It was a night that showed Iwuala’s sharp form and attacking flair.

However, French midfielder Hassimi Fadiga opened the scoring in the 18th minute, giving Al-Arabi the early advantage their dominance deserved.

Only seven minutes later, Iwuala doubled the lead with a composed finish after a quick team move that carved open the Al-Jahra defence.

As the first half drew to a close, the 26-year-old Super Eagles star struck again, firing home Al-Arabi’s third goal to seal a commanding lead before the break.

His pace, timing, and ability to find space made him a constant threat to the visitors.

Al-Arabi Bounce Back Strong After Cup Setback

After crashing out of the AFC Challenge Cup last week on goal difference, Al Arabi responded with authority.

Christopher John added the fourth in the 76th minute to complete a ruthless display that shows the team’s resilience and attacking quality.

Iwuala’s performance marked his second consecutive game on the scoresheet, taking his tally to four goals in four matches across all competitions.

His eyes for goal have been key to Al Arabi’s rise to second place with 14 points, keeping them firmly in the title race as they prepare to face Al-Nasr next.
