Samuel Chukwueze Joins Fulham as Crystal Palace Snatch Christantus Uche

Premier League clubs made exciting moves on transfer deadline day, with Samuel Chukwueze sealing a loan switch to Fulham from AC Milan, while Christantus Uche completed his move to Crystal Palace.

Both Nigerian internationals arrive in London with big expectations, Footballrover reports.

Fulham Secure Samuel Chukwueze Loan

Fulham confirmed: “The Club is delighted to confirm the signing of Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan.”

The winger joins for the 2025/26 season with an option to make the deal permanent.

Chukwueze will wear the No.19 shirt, joining compatriots Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey at the club. Known for his pace and one-v-one ability, he can play on either flank.

Chukwueze’s career began at Diamond Football Academy before Villarreal signed him in 2017.

He later became a key part of the Yellow Submarine, winning the Europa League in 2021 and reaching the Champions League semi-finals in 2022.

After 37 goals and 29 assists in 207 matches, AC Milan paid €28m to bring him to Serie A.

During his time in Italy, he helped Milan finish as league runners-up and scored a memorable Champions League winner against Newcastle United at St James’ Park.

Last season, he featured in the Coppa Italia Final. With 46 caps and seven goals for Nigeria, he arrives at Fulham as a proven talent.

Crystal Palace Add Christantus Uche

FA Cup holders Crystal Palace announced the signing of Christantus Uche from Getafe on a one-year loan. He will wear the No.12 shirt for the Eagles.

Palace Chairman Steve Parish said: “I’m delighted to welcome Christantus to the club – an exciting young talent, who is also a full international.”

Uche rose quickly in Spain after joining Moralo CP in 2022, moving to AD Ceuta FC and then Getafe, where he made 38 appearances with four goals and seven assists.

Speaking on his move, Uche said: “This moment is unbelievable. I’m very lucky to be here today and this club is a big opportunity for me.”

Christantus Uche joins Crystal Palace from Getafe

His arrival makes him Palace’s fifth summer signing, following Walter Benítez, Borna Sosa, Yeremy Pino, and Jaydee Canvot.
