Victor Osimhen continues to mark his name in Galatasaray history, delivering a masterclass performance and breaking two major records during the club’s 3-0 Turkish Cup final win over Trabzonspor.

The Nigerian striker scored twice to seal the title for the Lions, bringing his season tally to a stunning 35 goals across all competitions, Footballrover reports.

The records against Trabzonspor included surpassing Mario Jardel’s 2000-01 mark of 34 goals—making Osimhen the foreign player with the most goals in a single Galatasaray season—and becoming the first foreign player to net a brace in a Turkish Cup final.
