The man from Man City and Arsenal new signing – Gabriel Jesus is off to a strong start for the Gunners, netting a brace on his debut.
The Brazilian international was signed by the North London side for £45 million from Manchester City, and he didn’t have to wait long for his first taste of action.
Mikel Arteta’s team was shockingly trailing Nurnberg 2-0 at the half of Friday’s friendly match in Germany before Jesus was brought in as a halftime substitute.
The new number nine, though, got right to work bringing his side back into the match, clanging the ball home 90 seconds into the restart.

The 25-year-old gained possession of the ball at the top of the field before scaling back inside after veering to the right wing.
Jesus made a superb first-time strike into the roof of the net from the angle after Eddie Nketiah received a pass from him and played it to him.
Mohamed Elneny’s thunderous goal gave Arsenal the equalizer before they oddly went up by two goals thanks to two own goals, albeit Jesus had a hand in both of them.

With 15 minutes remaining in the game, the Brazilian scored twice after Nurnberg had grabbed one back.
The striker delivered a skillful flick into the roof of the net to make it 5-3 after receiving a pinpoint near post cross from fellow countryman Gabriel Martinelli. He celebrated this goal with the familiar “phone” gesture.

The goalmouth battle came to an end at that point, but Arteta will be very happy with his new recruit from City.
