West Bromwich Albion striker Josh Maja enjoyed a dream return to form on Saturday, scoring a hat-trick in his side’s victory over Queens Park Rangers (QPR).
Maja, who endured a difficult season last year, found himself in the thick of the action throughout the match, converting three well-taken goals to secure all three points for the Baggies, Footballrover reports.
Speaking to the club’s website after the match, a delighted Maja expressed his satisfaction with his performance and his team’s result.
“I’m delighted with how today went and to help my team,” Josh Maja said.

The player expressed great joy at scoring the three goals that sealed the comeback win and being fit to play, especially after a difficult previous season.
His goals included two powerful headers and a spectacular acrobatic finish.
He emphasised a fresh start, his good health, and optimism for future success, including more goals and victories.
The Super Eagles star said he was lucky to be in the right spot at the right moment during the game and finished the chances well.
He revealed that his favourite goal was the second header, a type of finish he isn’t usually good at but has recently developed.
He expressed great satisfaction at having the opportunity to show off his abilities once again to the fans and enjoyed his time on the pitch.
