Erling Haaland has once again managed to rewrite history as his goal on Wednesday night helped Man City win comfortably against Premier League relegation-threatened West Ham and reclaim the top spot in the standings.

The opposition created challenges in the opening 45 minutes, but they were still under a lot of strain.

Fabianski stopped shots from Mahrez and Grealish, and Rodri struck on the opposite side of the post.

When Foden shot from the edge of the box toward the goal, the ball deflected off Emerson and into the goal, completing the crushing defeat.

After a goalless opening 45 minutes, City will be thrilled to run away with a straightforward victory.
