Enugu Rangers head coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has urged the clubβs passionate fans to keep their cool despite the teamβs underwhelming and poor preseason performances.
The Flying Antelopes have endured a mixed bag of results in their build-up to the new campaign, leaving fans with more questions than answers, Footballrover reports.
The latest bump in the road came on Monday when they were outclassed 2-0 by Remo Stars in the Coal City International Cup in Enugu.

However, the coach of the NPFL champions is adamant that thereβs no cause for alarm.
Oh well, maybe there is none!
Supporters of the Coal City Side have been reassured by Fidelis Ilechukwu that the team will accomplish its objectives in the 2024β2025 season.
The gaffer is convinced that his boys have what it takes to reclaim their Nigeria Premier Football League title and make a strong outing in the CAF Champions League.
The Antelopes are currently taking part in one of the biggest preseason football tournaments in Africa.
Their NPFL season opener is against El-Kanemi Warriors on August 31st, and that’s obviously where the real magic will kick off.
With the league kickoff just weeks away, the pressure is mounting on the defending champions.
But Ilechukwu seems unfazed, radiating the confidence of a man who knows his team is on yet another road to greatness.
