Leaving a club you call home is never easy — and Chiamaka Nnadozie’s heartfelt exit from Paris FC proves just that.

Now, the Super Falcons star is ready to write a fresh chapter with Brighton, trusting that her new journey will bring even greater moments, Footballrover reports.
Paris FC Journey Made Chiamaka Nnadozie a Star
For five seasons, Nnadozie rose to fame in the heart of Paris. She became one of Africa’s top goalkeepers, helping the French side reach the Champions League and lifting the Coupe de France Féminine in her final season.

“Like I always say, Paris is like my second home. I spent five seasons there, and they welcomed me so well,” Nnadozie said after the Super Falcons’ win over Tunisia.
Her bond with the team and its fans ran deep, but ambition pushed her to seek something new.
The switch from the French league to the English Women’s Super League marks an exciting step forward.
“I feel like one of them, but it’s time to move on. I found a new home, and hopefully it’s going to be a better home,” she shared.

As she prepares for life in England, the Nigerian shotstopper is confident that The Seagulls will welcome her just as warmly.

Though she hasn’t landed in the UK yet, Nnadozie already feels the love from Nigerian fans living in Brighton.
“I’ve not been there already, but all the Nigerian fans in Brighton are sending me messages. They can’t wait to receive me. Nigerians are plenty in the United Kingdom, so it’s going to be a good one.”
While she kept her goals for The Seagulls private, the talented goalkeeper hinted that bigger things lie ahead, knowing clubs always aim to grow stronger.
For Nnadozie, this new home could soon feel like the perfect fit.
