Nigeria’s Abideen Suliat delivered a masterclass in front of goal, netting a stunning hat-trick against Bornova Hitab as Fomget GSK recorded a shocking 12-1 victory on Sunday in the Turkish Women’s Super League.
It was a total demolition job at the Bornova İlçe Stadı, and Suliat was at the heart of the destruction, Footballrover reports.
The match began with Venezuelan striker Oriana Yoselyn Altuve setting the tone in the 16th minute, and just ten minutes later, American forward Abigail Kim made it 2-0.
Bornova briefly sparked some hope when Juanita Aguadze pulled one back in the 27th minute.
But that flicker was snuffed out almost instantly as Ukrainian forward Olha Ovdiychuk restored Fomget’s two-goal cushion before the break.

Abigail Kim bagged a hat-trick of her own, striking in the 46th, 87th, and 90th minutes.
But it was Abideen Suliat’s hat-trick against Bornova Hitab—with goals in the 61st, 72nd, and 76th minutes—that truly stole the show.
Her movement, precision, and confidence in front of goal embodied the attacking flair Fomget GSK brought to the pitch.
Ovdiychuk added her second in the 74th minute, while Ebru Şahin and Sini Laaksonen joined the party with a goal each.
Bornova simply couldn’t cope with the avalanche of goals, succumbing to one of the heaviest defeats in the league’s recent memory.

Suliat’s hat-trick against Bornova wasn’t just another stat—it’s her second treble this season for Fomget, adding to her growing goal tally since joining the Turkish side.
The former Edo Queens captain, who led her team to the 2023/24 NWFL Premiership and WAFU-B Women’s Champions League titles, now has six goals for the Ankara-based club.
Fomget GSK’s form is nothing short of sensational.
With 14 consecutive wins and a joint-top spot alongside Fenerbahce at 67 points from 25 games, they head into a title-deciding clash against Galatasaray on May 4.
