Chinonyerem Macleans delivered a stunning hat-trick to lead Al Shabab to a dominant 6-0 victory over Eastern Flames in their Saudi Women’s Premier League match.
The 25-year-old Super Falcons star scored a brace in the first half and completed her hat-trick early in the second period as the home side crushed their visitors at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, Footballrover reports.
This remarkable performance marked Macleans’ fourth goal in five appearances this season, following her initial goal during their 6-2 defeat to Al Ahli and her two goals in Thursday’s match.
Macleans’ brilliance was the catalyst for Al Shabab’s return to winning ways after a narrow 4-3 loss to Al Nassr Women in their previous match.

Despite playing just 66 minutes, she made a significant impact, registering eight shots and looking dangerous throughout the game.
Al Bandari Mobarak put the hosts ahead just three minutes into the match, and Macleans stole the show with two goals in 11 minutes, giving Al Shabab a commanding 3-1 lead.
The 2-cap Nigerian forward completed her hat-trick six minutes into the second half before Lulu Aljawini and Lana Feras added two more goals to seal the big win.
The former Bayelsa Queens forward and her teammates now have four wins and two losses from six league matches, sitting in third place with 12 points—just six points behind league leaders Al Nassr.
Al Shabab will face Al Qadisiya Women next in their pursuit of more victories.
