Super Eagles striker, Cyriel Dessers has finally revealed his new jersey number after joining Italian Serie A side, US Cremonese, from KRC Genk.
Recall that on Wednesday, the attacker completed a transfer to the newly-promoted team, joining David Okereke who had already left Club Brugge.
The Nigeria international, who recently signed a five-year deal worth £6.5m with the Serie A newcomers Cremonese, is prepared to take up the challenge in his career and will officially don jersey number 90.
The 27-year-old striker will give up the number 33 jersey he wore at Feyenoord after a successful loan season with the Eredivisie giants last season, where he scored 10 goals in the Europa Conference League to assist them reach the final of the competition.

Dessers scored nine more goals in the Eredivisie before going back to his parent club in June after Rotterdam rejected the idea of making his loan agreement permanent.
The Belgian-born star, whose reputation increased as a result of his accomplishments on the European stage, had a lot of suitors at his disposal, but the Grigiorossi prevailed to get his services.
Dessers is eager to test himself against some of the best players in the world, but he is well aware of the difficulties that lie ahead.
Cyriel Dessers compared his move to the Serie A to a young child opening a Christmas present and said that it was a dream come true for him to play in the Italian league.
“I feel like a child unwrapping his Christmas gift by joining one of the most illustrious leagues in the world,” he said after signing for the Lombardy outfit. It is going to be a difficult challenge full of obstacles, but I am ready to defend the colours of Cremonese. I’m looking forward to living a childhood dream in a new environment and doing all I can to help the team in the battles ahead.” – he noted
Dessers joined the Cremonese from Club Brugge, becoming the second Super Eagle to do so after David Okereke. On Wednesday, the Italian team revealed that they had acquired the Nigerian star from KRC Genk, but they did not disclose the terms of his contract.
