28-year-old Super Eagles star Oghenekaro Etebo has finally found a new home, signing a two-year deal with Turkish second-tier outfit, Genclerbirligi.
After a frustrating season spell on the sidelines, the midfielder has dusted himself off and is ready to reignite his career in the land of the crescent moon, Footballrover reports.
The former Warri Wolves player has signed a permanent deal with the Ankara-based club, ending months of speculation about his next destination.
Genclerbirligi confirmed the deal on their social media, proudly announcing the arrival of the Nigerian international.

Etebo joins the Turkish side as a free agent, having parted ways with Greek club Aris in May 2023.
The journey has been far from smooth for the Nigerian midfielder, who endured a challenging 2023/24 season without a club.
But as they say, every cloud has a silver lining, and it seems Etebo’s luck has finally turned around.
This marks the Super Eagles star’s second stint in Turkish football.
He previously enjoyed a loan spell at Galatasaray during the 2020-21 season, where he made a huge impact, helping the club secure a second-place finish.
While Etebo’s club career has faced its ups and downs, his international campaign remains unquestionable.
The former Stoke City man was a key member of the Super Eagles squad that conquered Africa, clinching bronze at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
He also displayed his ability on the global stage at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
With this move to Genclerbirligi, Etebo will be hoping to rediscover his best form and potentially earn a return to the Super Eagles fold.
