He praised their remarkable performance and ability to cope with the demanding situation, particularly noting Kwara United’s fierce first-half display, which his team adeptly navigated.
“Good performance from the boys, as it’s a big pressure to be out of the top of the table before the game. I must commend the players for being able to deal with the pressure because Kwara United came out to play in the first half, and we were lucky to escape the surge,” he said
Highlighting the important nature of the victory, the coach emphasised the intensified efforts exhibited by his team in the second half, recognising the importance of reclaiming the top spot in the league standings.
“We upped our game in the second half when we realised the importance of victory for us. We are happy to be back at the top of the table,” Coach Daniel said.
