Rivers United have received yet another congratulatory message for winning the 2021/22 Nigeria Professional Football League campaign and this time around, from Abdul Maikaba, the head coach of the Rangers international team.

Coach Maikaba congratulated Stanley Eguma on winning the 2021/22 NPFL title on his official twitter page, referring to him as a highly intelligent and excellent tactician.

According to coach Abdul Maikaba on his page;

Congratulations to my friend, a great tactician and highly intelligent Coach Stanley Eguma for emerging #NPFL22 Champions with @RiversUnitedFC. This feat is worth commending as they have done well this season.”

The Rangers coach charged Stanley Eguma and his Rivers United players to maintain their upward trend and bring joy on the faces of all Nigeria League followers as they look set to represent the country in continental football.

We urge them not to rest or relax on their `laurels’, but to continue with that positive energy putting smiles on the faces of all Nigeria League followers as they will represent in the Continent.” – coach Abdul Maikaba wrote.

The Port Harcourt team won the league just after Plateau United suffered a humbling 2-1 loss against Akwa United on matchday 35 in Uyo last weekend.
