Leeds United winger – Raphinha, is currently the frontrunner to join for Chelsea after the Blues offered him a deal that may be worth up to £65 million, including add-ons.
The Blues have already passed their opponents – Barcelona and Arsenal, who were already keeping track on the player’s condition to secure the services of the Brazilian.
Raphinha appears destined to pass Barcelona and Arsenal by as rumors about the Brazilian forward joining Thomas Tuchel’s team instead gain momentum.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues and Leeds have reached “full agreement” over a transfer, and the winger must now agree to personal terms.

According to reports, Barcelona and Arsenal both called Leeds today to discuss Raphinha but were unable to match Chelsea’s offer of £60 million.
The winger has reportedly already agreed to personal terms with Barcelona, but the Catalans are not now financially able to complete a transfer.
After Romelu Lukaku failed to impress Thomas Tuchel and made a return back to Inter, Raphinha will be a part of a revamped attack at Stamford Bridge.
Raphinha would decide whether to move if the fee was approved.
The Blues are also hopeful that former Liverpool star – Raheem Sterling would join them from Manchester City.
