Joe Aribo grabbed his first Premier League goal in his his second appearance for Southampton, less than a week after carving the entire Villarreal team open.
The Nigerian midfielder came off the bench to score his first English Premier League goal for Southampton in their 2-2 draw against Leeds United on Saturday evening.

At the St. Mary’s Stadium, Southampton had the great luck to fight from behind to draw 2-2 with Leeds United.
The Whites had the upper hand early in the second half thanks to two goals from Rodrigo, but the Saints had the tenacity to fight back.
Joe Aribo started off the comeback for Southampton when he scored his first goal for the team after coming off the bench. Armstrong made a fantastic move into space, and his cutback to Aribo helps to close the gap to 2-1.

Kyle Walker-Peters’ calmly executed equalizer pulled his side back on level terms as his low shot past Meslier tied the game for the home team.
Mara made an immediate impression on his debut with quick move away from his opponent and then set up his teammate to bring the scoreline to 2-2.
Before sinking his shot, Walker-Peters successfully evades Harrison with a good first touch.
When neither team could come up with a winner, the three points were split between them.
Next up for Southampton is a road trip to Leicester the following Saturday. The next game for Leeds is on Sunday at Elland Road against Chelsea.
