Nigerian midfielder Daniel Daga continues to rise in his new chapter with Molde FK, delivering a standout performance that saw Molde FK run riot in an exciting and most one-sided Norwegian Cup display.

On Sunday, Daga scored his first goal for the club and added an assist to help demolish Elnesvågen 7-0 away from home, Footballrover reports.

The former Enyimba star made his mark in the first half, slotting in the fourth goal of the game just a minute after Sondre Milian Granaas made it three.

Daga then returned the favour in the second half by assisting the final goal of the evening, capping off a performance that had fans buzzing.

Molde FK wasted no time asserting their dominance. Jalal Abdullai struck early, netting twice within the opening 10 minutes to set the tone.

But Molde weren’t done yet. Kristoffer Haugen made it five shortly after the restart, before Veton Berisha stepped in to complete the rout with a clinical brace in the 66th and 89th minutes—his second coming from a pinpoint pass by none other than Daniel Daga.
