Barcelona and Andreas Christensen are said to have reached an agreement which will see the Chelsea centre-back join the Catalan giants on a four-year contract.
The Danish star and Barcelona reportedly had a verbal agreement, and he would gladly arrive for free in the summer.
Obviously, the defender will now play at the Camp Nou for the next four years with the hopes of CΓ©sar Azpilicueta joining him at Barcelona this summer as well.
Christensen has supported Barcelona since he was a child, while Azpilicueta is eager to return to the Spanish league.
Mateu Alemany and Jordi Cruyff have travelled to London to seal the signing of Andreas Christensen. The player has decided to sign for Barça.

Barca and Bayern have been in direct communication with his agents since January, but the Spanish club’s offer has strengthened as a result of new direct contacts, which is why they are ‘confident.’
Christensen is on his way to join his former teammate Eden Hazard in Spain after winning the Champions League, Super Cup, and Club World Cup with the Blues.
Andreas Christensen is willing to leave the Champions League winners to join a club in the Europa League and fifteen points off the top of La Liga. Futbol Club Barcelona is massive folks! π

This time, the 25-year-old will join Spanish giants Barcelona, where he will have a lot more chances to face Hazard in El-Classico games.
The minute Chelsea took a stand not to renegotiate with Christensen, I knew it's over for him at Chelsea. It became a hopeless situation unlike Rudiger's.

Chelsea supporters will undoubtedly be disappointed by this latest development, having stood by him and watched him develop into a world-class defender.
Christensen can leave for all I care, we're getting an upgrade.

Chelsea stood by Christensen when he was out of form for almost four years only for him to gain form for a season to be greedy. Wow

But the major issue now is whether Christensen will follow Eden Hazard’s lead and become a flop in LaLiga after moving from Stamford Bridge to Camp Nou.
Looks like Christensen is leaving Chelsea according to reports. It hurts man I canβt lie. Is what it is I guess.
