So, let's get started without taking too much of your time. The best FM23 tactics revealed - the Rebsoit match winning tactic Formation 4-3-3 2 wingbacks one on Support one on Defend(train with cross early) 2 Ball Playing CB to play from the back, kick start the attack or launch counter. 1 Defensive Midfielder with (DLP Defend) who is versatile, can mark, defend, pass and score(meaning long shots 14+) 1 Box to Box midfielder who can defend, pass, shoot and score. 1 Advance Playmaker with Support with license to roam. 2 wingers Inverted wingers(inside forwards are not that when tracking back) good left footed player playing from the right. Right footed player playing from the left. Both can cross and can score. An Advanced Forward who has speed, can head and score.(train him to place shots) Tactics: Customized Tiki Taka Mentality: Positive Slightly Narrow Mixed crosses. Play from back Slightly narrow. Short passing(helps ball retention) Don’t run into opp. Defense Discipline Creativity Hold shape. Defense: High lines (not the highest) Step up more NB: players must be high in composure and Technique I’ll say 15+ especially the CBs , Mids and Wingers.
