Nigerian striker Gift Orban has kicked off the new Belgian Pro League season in style, scoring his first league goal of the 2023/2024 campaign.

After a remarkable performance in the UEFA Europa Conference League for Gent a few days ago, the 21-year-old wonderkid continues to impress.

Orban’s crucial goal secured a 3-2 home victory for KAA Gent against KV Kortrijk, making a significant impact in his first league game and start of the season.

The gifted youngster Gift Orban, who joined KAA Gent last winter from Denmark, has once again displayed his prowess in front of the goal.

The Hein Vanhaezebrouck side started their league campaign with a thrilling 3-2 win against KV Kortrijk, with Orban playing a pivotal role.

In the 71st minute of the match, Orban found the back of the net, assisted by Jordan Torunarigha, to put Gent ahead 3-1.
