After going a goal down just 22 minutes into the game, Oshoala combined well with Jessica Silva only two minutes later to pull Al-Hilal back into the contest.

The Nigeria international once again showed her trademark composure in the 30th minute, putting the visitors in front before Manar Al Enezi sealed the win nine minutes from stoppage time.

With 2 goals and 1 assist in just 2 matches, Oshoala has hit the ground running in Saudi Arabia.

The victory keeps Al-Hilal in third place on the table with six points as they prepare for their next fixture against Neom SC next Friday.

Meanwhile, in the French Division 1 Féminine Round 2 clash between Paris Saint-Germain Women and Nantes Ladies, Rasheedat Ajibade bagged an assist to inspire her side to a five-star performance.

Ajibade, who recently joined PSG from Spanish giants Atletico Madrid, earned her first start and registered her first goal contribution of the season as PSG crushed Nantes 5-2 at their training centre.

The 25-year-old forward combined brilliantly with Merveille Kanjinga to set up the third goal of the encounter, and she played 64 minutes before being replaced by Ornella Graziani.

Ajibade was not the only Super Falcons star in action, as her teammate Jennifer Echegini featured for the full 90 minutes, helping PSG control the tempo in the seven-goal thriller.

With that emphatic win, PSG secured their first victory of the season after a 1-1 draw with Lens in their opening fixture.
