But even she couldn’t resist making light of the tough preparations at Brighton, showing both her playful side and her determination to adapt quickly.

If I survive Brighton preseason, straight to Thanksgiving,” she wrote, leaving fans amused.

Before joining Brighton, she spent four seasons at Paris FC, where she played a vital role in the club’s rise in French and European women’s football.

She featured in the UEFA Women’s Champions League 16 times between 2022 and 2025, gaining valuable European experience that will now benefit her new team in England.

Long before her European move, Chiamaka Nnadozie had already established herself in Nigeria.

With Rivers Angels, she won the Nigeria Women’s Premier League title in 2019 and added three Nigeria Women’s Cup trophies to her name.

Her journey then took her to Paris, where she blossomed into one of the best in women’s football.

Alongside her club achievements, she recently helped the Super Falcons win a record 10th WAFCON title.

How Nnadozie Reacted to Brighton Preseason

Adjusting to life at Brighton, Nnadozie decided to keep things light-hearted despite the tough training sessions.

Sharing her feelings online, she joked about the intensity of the programme in the Women’s Super League.
