The American-born coach, who will miss the services of two of his star players, Rasheedat Ajibade and Halimatu Ayinde, in the opening match against Canada on Friday, July 21, 2023, will use the friendly to test replacement options for the team in readiness for the task ahead.
The two players are facing red card penalties incurred during the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup Of Nations (WAFCON) semi-final match against hosts Morocco.
