The Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium witnessed a one-sided game of football on Friday as Enugu Rangers Women FC kicked off their first friendly in style, dismantling Zohar FC 11-0.

From the very first whistle, Rangers were in total control, leaving no doubt about their attacking firepower, Footballrover reports.

Enugu Rangers’ Goal-Fest Starts Early and Never Stops

The scoring spree began early, with Amarachi Ohiaeri netting a quick double in the 5th and 10th minutes.

Etim Precious added a third just three minutes later, and by the half-hour mark, Onwe Oluebube had made it 4-0.

Kosara Okeke capped off a dominant first half with a 43rd-minute strike, putting Rangers five goals ahead.

The second half saw no let-up. Chidiuso Obodo struck in the 50th minute, Onuchukwu Chisom doubled her tally in the 88th, and Chidiuto Favour, Aluu Onyinyechi, and Gold Uzodimma all found the back of the net to complete the rout.

By the final whistle, Rangers had notched eleven goals without reply, showing off their full attacking firepower and ruthless efficiency in front of goal.

For Zohar FC, the result was humbling, as they were left chasing shadows throughout the afternoon.

For a club that competes in the South East Women Football Association (SEWFA) League and recent tournaments such as the Judith Chime Women Football Championship, Zohar FC was completely outclassed.

But Rangers’ new-look side demonstrated why they are a team to watch, blending pace, precision, and ruthless finishing.
