The 25-year-old has now scored three goals in his last five appearances for the club, taking his tally to 14 goals in 24 Czech Republic 1. Liga matches this season — a strong return that highlights one of the most productive spells of his career.

With an additional goal in three Czech Cup outings, the forward’s overall tally now stands at 15 goals across all competitions.

After a cagey first half in which neither side could break the deadlock, the hosts eventually took the lead 12 minutes after the restart.

A mix-up at the back between goalkeeper Tomáš Holý and defender Dominik Plechatý led to a sloppy pass that was intercepted by a Prostějov attacker, who quickly squared the ball to Jan Koudelka. His effort took a heavy deflection before finding the net.

Twelve minutes later, the Nigerian forward restored parity, beating his marker with a powerful turn inside the box before calmly slotting the ball home with his left foot.

Adediran once again underlined his importance to Brno this season, with his goal on Friday earning the team a valuable point in their promotion push.

We are disappointed; we clearly wanted to win,” said Brno coach Roman Nádvorník.

Olugbogi continues red-hot creative run in Lithuania

Meanwhile, in the Lithuanian A Lyga, Aaron Olugbogi delivered a man-of-the-match performance, providing two assists to help FK Banga battle to a hard-fought home draw against Kauno Žalgiris.

Despite setting up the opening two goals of the match, the Nigerian winger was left to watch his side surrender a two-goal lead as the game ended 2–2.

It marks back-to-back goal contributions for the 24-year-old, following his goal and assist in the 2–1 win over Hegelmann in their previous outing.

He has now recorded seven goal contributions—two goals and five assists in 11 appearances for the club.

In the dramatic Toplyga Round 11 encounter, defending champions Kauno Žalgiris came from two goals down to secure a 2–2 draw against FK Banga Gargždai.

Banga made a fast start, catching the champions off guard with an incisive attacking display.

The breakthrough arrived in the 15th minute when Olugbogi won possession in midfield and quickly fed Ignas Venckus, who finished calmly.

Just two minutes later, Banga doubled their lead through another Olugbogi assist. His precise delivery found Misaki Sato on the right flank, and the winger finished from a tight angle.

Kauno Žalgiris responded before the break, reducing the deficit in the 38th minute when Aldayr Hernández headed home from an Edokpolor cross.

The visitors intensified their pressure in the second half, especially after Banga’s Dovydas Norvilas was sent off in the 77th minute.

Deep into stoppage time, the numerical advantage finally paid off, as Anton Tolordava found space in the box to slot home the equaliser.

While the draw keeps Kauno Žalgiris at the top of the table, Banga’s spirited performance—driven by Olugbogi’s early creativity—earned them a valuable point.
