The win is a significant boost for the club, providing them with an eight-point cushion heading into the playoffs.

The match didn’t start in Slavia’s favour as the visitors opened the scoring in the 15th minute when Václav Sejk connected with a cross at the back post, beating the goalkeeper to give Sigma Olomouc an early lead.

Slavia Prague fought back in the second half:

57th Minute: Mojmír Chytil tapped the ball home to restore parity.

82nd Minute: David Moses sealed all three points with a composed finish to clinch the win.

Moses’ decisive strike was his first for Slavia Prague since scoring against Karvina back in April 2025.

This goal brings his season total to four goal contributions, adding to the three assists he has already recorded this season.

While Moses grabbed the headlines for his brilliance, fellow Nigerian Samuel Isife also featured in the match, coming on in the 75th minute to replace David Doudera.

Following the final whistle, the 22-year-old Moses was deservedly named Man of the Match for his match-winning performance.

Babajide Fires Ninth Goal Despite Tonbridge Angels’ Home Defeat

Meanwhile, in the National League South, Oluwabunmi Babajide wrapped up the season on a solid note, scoring a goal, but it wasn’t enough to earn at least a point for his side, Tonbridge Angels, who suffered a narrow home defeat to Torquay United.

With his team already two goals down, the younger brother of Super Falcons star Rinsola Babajide found the net to reduce the deficit, but they ultimately fell 2-1 to Torquay at Longmead Stadium.

After a cagey first half, Deon Moore opened the scoring 14 minutes after the restart, while Dylan Morgan doubled the lead just two minutes later to hand the visitors a comfortable advantage.

Seven minutes after the hour mark, the 22-year-old Nigerian forward pulled one back for the hosts, but they couldn’t capitalise as the game finished 2-1.

Babajide has been impressive for the team, registering over nine goals this season and finishing the campaign as the club’s second-highest scorer, just one goal behind top scorer Tom Leahy.

They won 16 matches, drew 12, and lost 18, scoring 66 goals while conceding 65.
