Trelleborgs FF secured a comfortable win over Vasteras on Saturday with Nigerian forward – Henry Offia wrapping off the scoring.
In the Swedish Superettan league match between the two teams, the forward delivered as expected for Trelleborgs.
Henry Offia scored his fourth goal of the season as Vasteras were defeated 3-0 by Trelleborgs at the Vångavallen stadium.
Kristian Haynes’ team got out to a promising start, scoring all three goals in the first half.
Five minutes into the game, Isak Jönsson put the home side ahead. After 29 minutes, Fritiof Björkén doubled the lead.
Before Henry Offia sealed the game and all three points for Trelleborgs a minute before the end of the first half.
Both teams are now in ninth and fifteenth spot after the 3-0 victory, with Trelleborgs ahead by only six points after seven games.
Trelleborgs will be looking to keep their winning streak going when they take on Orgryte IS on Wednesday, May 18.
While the Nigerian, 22, will look to maintain his fantastic scoring form for Trelleborgs in the new campaign.
