It will be the first time any African Nation will play in semi-final of World Cup. It was an even first half with each team playing two corner kicks in the first half.
Morocco kept five defenders permanently in their goal area to stop all the onslaughts of the Portuguese who kept knocking balls around their midfield and making sporadic long shots to Joao Felix, Bruno Fernandez, and Ruben Neves.
