The Nigerian forward made her mark in the first half, securing a 1-1 draw for her team against 1207 Antalyaspor at the İBB Esatpaşa Stadı.

Lawal’s 27th minute goal canceled out Antalyaspor’s early lead, earning her team a crucial point.

Antalyaspor stunned the home fans when they opened the scoring just 11 minutes into the game through Balkissa Sawadogo, but Lawal equalized 16 minutes later, revitalizing her team’s hopes.

The match ultimately ended in a draw, with both teams unable to find the net again.

The Falconet star expressed her delight at scoring in her second consecutive game for Atasehir Belediyespor, sharing her excitement on her social media page.

It’s a great relief scoring in my second consecutive game for Atasehir Belediyespor which ended 1-1 against Antalya,” she wrote.

However, the 1-1 draw leaves Taiwo Lawal and her teammates rooted at the bottom of the table after three games, while their opponents sit just one point ahead.

Looking ahead, with her second consecutive goal for Atasehir Belediyespor in the bag, Taiwo Lawal will surely be aiming to continue her scoring streak when they face ALG Spor next Saturday, away from home.
