Odey’s first goal of the season was followed by a quick response from Odense BK’s Attacking Midfielder, Rami Al Hajj, who equalized from the penalty spot in the 26th minute.
Sierra Leonean forward Mohamed Buya Turay then put the home team in the lead with a goal in the 37th minute.
Throughout the game, the 25-year-old Nigerian forward displayed his attacking prowess by attempting three shots, keeping the Odense BK defense on their toes.
Odey seemed to have found the leveler for Randers FC in the 80th minute, but a VAR review ruled it offside, causing disappointment among the away fans.
Nevertheless, the visitors did not lose hope, and Swedish centre-back Hugo Andersson came to the rescue by scoring the equalizer at the death of additional time, resulting in a dramatic 2-2 draw at the final whistle.
The draw places Odense BK in the 6th position, while Randers FC occupies the 5th spot in the Danish Superliga.
